It is an active E-Commerce project with one of the largest Ukrainian retail supermarket chains.
The system provides customers with a simple and fast online ordering process.
Task:
- Improve the usability of the application.
- Expand the list of services for clients.
- Simplify product selection and order creation.
- Consider the client’s location to display up-to-date information.

Solution:
We helped redefine usability levels and improve online ordering by improving UI and UX. The system provides customers with a simple and fast online ordering process.
With the app, customers can view products, create a shopping list or shop in a cart, pay for purchases online, manage loyalty program data, view order history, and receive personalized offers via push notifications.
The application takes into account the location of the buyer and displays only up-to-date information: points of sale, routes, assortment and availability of goods, prices and delivery options. Scanning the product barcode takes the shopper to the nearest supermarket where the product is available, or alternatively offers the option to buy it online.
During the project, our team redesigned the UI / UX applications in accordance with the brand book, integrated it with 3 main systems: Comarch, OWOX, PayMaster, and later Terrasoft CRM Creatio.
Our developers also helped the core team with OWOX and led the implementation of MasterPass – a project that required a deep understanding of fintech and a certain amount of creativity.
